  Carefully pack the item in its original factory packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure safe transit and full refund eligibility.

  Shipping and Labeling

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the electronics, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
